Welcome to Dauchsy meditations. This hypnosis was inspired by the book The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. I really related this book to the manifest meditations because it talks about setting goals and allowing the subconscious to attract what is needed to accomplish that goal, but the main focus is on taking action. When you get that flash of inspiration, follow your heart and take action.
The book explains that we have a 5 second window to follow our instincts and take action before our mind comes into play to fill our head with fears, doubts, and rationalizations on why we shouldn’t follow that thought. When we set an intention/ or a goal, our subconscious is working non stop to figure out how to accomplish this goal. And this is all happening in the background. When the subconscious comes up with a solution, We will get flashes of insight that yell at us to take action. And we will have a choice right then and there to follow that insight and take action, or just ignore it and move on. The longer you wait, the more of a chance your mind will create those fears and doubts to stop you from taking action. When it comes to your goals, your intentions, your dreams, when it comes to manifesting what you want into your life, your inner wisdom is a genius. Your instincts are there to guide you. All you have to do is just trust it and take action.
So in this hypnosis, you will be doing three things, 1st, you will set your intention, set a goal of what you want to manifest in your life. 2nd, you will train your mind to pick up on your flashes of inspiration, and notice the opportunities in front of you, and lastly, you will be training your brain to take action and follow those inspirations.
