Ideally suitable for listening after your gym workout for when you want to release toxins, let go of all tension, and allow both your physical and mental self to rebuild completely for your next training session.

This session ends with the choice to either drift off calmly into a deep bedtime sleep, or to come back to fully conscious alertness and activity.
