Hypertension & Hypnosis
While hypnosis doesn’t replace the care of your physician for high blood pressure, it can be a complimentary practice to help you manage. This recording is best experienced with reasonably high quality headphones. Obviously don’t listen or watch this while driving an automobile or operating machinery. It will require your full attention.
I would suggest watching/listening to this once a day for at least three weeks. Then you can reduce it to 3 times a week. Monitor your blood pressure and at some point you may have your subconscious trained to the point where you won’t need to listen any longer–unless you enjoy it, of course. It’s fine to go to sleep while you listen.
