Hello my name is Jody and welcome to this audio which is sleep hypnosis for procrastination. Please always remember to make yourself as comfortable as possible wherever you are right now. You may like to lay back relax and close your eyes. You could begin by focusing on your breathing or you could simply keep your attention focused on the sound of my voice. Where you place your attention at this time is really of no importance as long as you relax, clear your mind of all distracting thoughts, and choose whatever is pleasing to you to gently rest your awareness upon while for now I talk about some relaxing things and perhaps make some suggestions that will work upon your subconscious mind to help you rid yourself of the burden of procrastination so you can take your power back from whatever it is you have been putting off and be free to do the things you would like to do when you would like to do them with a free and unburdened mind knowing what it is you are doing is exactly what it is you are supposed to be doing when you are doing it. With a free, quiet and contented mind you may focus fully on what you are doing to perform at your best. And what it is that you are doing right now is preparing yourself to relax. Relax deeply and relax fully so you may drift off pleasantly into a long sound comfortable sleep so you can awake fully when it is time to wake up feeling absolutely fantastic and ready to get all the thing done you would just love to get done so these things can become your triumphs and achievements instead of being the things that you would rather avoid. And right now as you relax you may like to take a moment to take a nice deep breath in, hold it for a second or two, and then allow yourself to relax deeply and fully as you let this breath out deeply and completely and then just observe your breathing for another couple of seconds to make sure you are breathing deeply, softly and slowly so you may key in your body’s relaxation response. And relax. And listen or allow your attention to drift and wander as each moment passes and with each moment that passes and you relax allowing each muscle, and every little fibre of every muscle to let go completely and release all tension. Allowing all this tension or trapped energy to flow away from you and drift away to where ever it wants to go because it all isn’t any of your concern any more. So here you are just relaxing and listening to my words or the music playing softly in the background giving yourself permission to become a little bit more relaxed with each little parcel of time you allow yourself to experience and as you do you could open your mind to some positive relaxing thoughts and ideas and feel good about what you are doing right now..and exactly what it is you are doing right now is taking some time to pause and recognise this time as a turning point where you lose the habit of putting things off and know after you have rested deeply and rested well you may look forward to yourself as a person who is changed, even if it is just a little bit, you are right now a person who is changed for the better. A little bit closer to being the person the person you would like to be..just how you would like to be..and there isn’t anything you need to do …….
